My Summary

My Experience

(1) Teaching Assistant in a Reception Class, Marshgate Primary School (Sept-Dec 2025)
- As a TA, I assisted with general classroom activities, encouraged children’s learning and play, and aided with behaviour management. I supported small groups with interventions, and gained experience working with SEN children one-to-one.

(2) Camp Administrator and Early Years Manager, Barracudas Holiday Camp (July - August 2025)
- As an Early Years Manager, I oversaw the Early Years groups and their staff. I ensured the EYFS Framework was being implemented to a high standard, for example by planning Explore and Play sessions daily. I was also the Designated Person (DP) for Safeguarding on camp, and aided the Senior Team in other management duties when needed.
- As Camp Administrator, I supported the delivery of training to general staff, completed risk assessments across camp and ensured safety practises were correctly in place, and acted as additional management figure to meet the needs of staff, parents, and children.

(3) Group Leader, Barracudas Holiday Camp (2023-2025)
- As a Group Leader, I oversaw a group of 20-30 young children every day, leading various sports sessions, arts and crafts activities, and other recreational games

(4) Assistant Coach at NSSport after school club + holiday camp (2021-2023)
- As an assistant coach, I helped lead various sports sessions, delivered arts and crafts activities, prepared meals, and provided general childcare for children aged between 4 and 11
