Nanny / Childminder Wanted – West Malling

I’m a mum of two girls, aged 4½ and 2½, and I’m currently in the process of relocating to West Malling, where my partner already lives with his little boy, who is nearly 2. We are blending our families together and, between us, have three young children.

We are both working professionals who work in London, so we’re looking to establish reliable and consistent childcare support for our family.

Initially, we are looking for someone to solely care for my partner’s little boy (nearly 2) on alternating Fridays from 8:00am–6:00pm, with an immediate start available.

The day would involve following his usual routine, including meals, naps, play, outings and age-appropriate activities.

As I relocate to West Malling with my two girls, our childcare requirements will increase. We are therefore hoping to find someone who can grow with our family and, longer term, potentially provide:

• Wraparound childcare 2–3 days per week
• Support during school holidays
• Occasional weekend childcare
• Additional support on family days out and day trips
• Occasional support on family holidays
• Care for the girls and/or all three children depending on our needs

We would really love to find someone who can become a familiar, trusted and consistent person in our children’s lives, rather than simply finding short-term childcare.

We’re looking for someone warm, caring, reliable and experienced with toddlers and young children. Flexibility would be a real bonus given our London-based working commitments and the potential for the role to develop over time.
