A friendly, outgoing, active & outdoorsy family with Dutch & English backgrounds.
Based in the Highgate/Dartmouth Park area (NW5) near Hampstead Heath.
We have two happy children, a 4-year old son and 2-year old daughter. Both are incredible little humans and we feel blessed.
Our current nanny has been with us since September 2024 but is regrettably leaving due to health issues. We are now looking for a new nanny. We are flexible however our ideal would be full-time, ~50h/wk, starting ASAP around mid-January 2026.
We love the outdoors, sports as well as arts and culture. We would like to give our children opportunities to develop such interests, as well as others - so it would be great if our nanny shares the same!
Finally - we have options that this could either live-out or with nice, private accommodation provided as part of the package in central Hampstead. Again, we are flexible for the right candidate.

My Requirements
Full-time nanny for our 2-year-old daughter, plus wrap-around care for our son who attends nursery in Highgate 4.5 days/week.
Hours: Ideally 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (50+ hours/week), with potential flexibility for the right candidate. Evening availability once a week would be a bonus.
About you: Responsible, loving, energetic, positive and organised, with strong experience caring for toddlers & younger children. You're someone who wants to build a genuine long-term relationship with our family and actively contribute to our children's development.
Our son is highly communicative — full credit to his prior nanny — and responds brilliantly to adults who truly engage and listen. We would like the next nanny to bring similar experience, skill and curiosity into our children's (and our) lives.
About us: We both work in professional services, often long hours. Proactiveness and an open dialogue / good communication are important to us.
We're based in NW5 with good transport connections (Northern line, overground, Thameslink, and buses). Realistically would suit someone reasonably local to NW London.
Openness to (enthusiasm for?) occasional travel preferred (typically Europe).
Additional languages (in particular Dutch!) a bonus, but not required.
