About Me
I am a 47 year old mum of three children (17, 18 and 24). I currently work for Sheffield City Council as an Infant Feeding Support Worker. I have worked in this role for nine years and am now ready for a change! My role involves working with families to support their feeding choices and teaching baby massage. I have a huge range of experience and education in child development and safeguarding.
Prior to having my own children I worked as a nanny to three separate families over 6 years caring for children ranging in age from 3 months up to 8 years.
I believe babies and children thrive best when they feel heard, safe and secure. My experience of parenting, nannying and in my current role has enabled me to develop a childcare style that is calm, nurturing and responsive.
I love baking, reading, knitting... anything creative really! I also love to be outside in nature.
I am not currently Ofsted registered but am working towards this.
