Fun, hands-on help needed to share daily routines with our 3 young kids (4.5, 1.5 & newborn)
About Me
We are a warm, hands-on family based in N4 (by Harringay station) looking for a fun and enthusiastic nanny or mother's help to join our team. We have a brilliantly energetic 4.5-year-old boy, a very sweet 1.5-year-old boy, and a newborn baby girl.
We are very involved parents and are not looking for someone to take sole charge or be a strict disciplinarian. Instead, we want a proactive extra pair of hands to help us divide and conquer the day!
My Requirements
The Role (Shared Care):
While one of us feeds the baby, we need someone who can take the toddler to the park, build Lego with our eldest, or help us manage the dinner and bath-time routine. We want someone who is engaging, has a natural warmth with young kids, and enjoys being part of a busy household.
Hours & Setup:
We need roughly 35 hours a week, primarily focused on the morning rush (e.g., 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM) and the afternoon/evening wind-down (e.g., 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM).
Live-In or Live-Out:
We are very flexible on the setup for the right person:
Live-out: Perfect for a local nanny who wants part-time hours. We are happy to discuss a competitive hourly rate based on your experience. (We appreciate that the morning shift may not be feasible for a live-out arrangement, we can be flexible on that too).
Live-in: Perfect for someone wanting to avoid London rent. You would have your own private room with bills covered, paid legally on PAYE with the standard accommodation offset applied.
