We’re a young, loving family based in Warwick with a 6?year?old son and our little girl, who will be one next spring.
My Requirements
We are a working family based in Warwick looking for a loving, reliable full?time childminder from April/May 2027 for our daughter, who will be turning one. She was born prematurely, so she may not be developmentally at the 1?year stage yet — we’re looking for someone patient, nurturing, and experienced with babies who may need a gentler pace.
We need 5 days a week (or as close to full?time as possible) due to both parents working full time. We’re hoping to find a home?from?home environment where she can feel safe, supported, and cared for as she grows.
We would love someone who:
Offers a warm, family?style setting
Is confident with babies and early development
Can provide stimulating play, outdoor time, and gentle routine
Communicates openly with parents
Has relevant qualifications, DBS, and first aid
