While studying my master’s programme along with living in the UK, I started to design the tailored lessons for students with their needs. My lessons are fun and interactive. Focusing on language learning in Mandarin Chinese to other speakers, and TESOL as well.

The class I was in charge of consists of 25 students. I divided them into five groups and taught them phonics, individual speech preparation, and handicrafts. My responsibilities include preparing the teaching materials before class, conducting the classes, and ensuring that the students achieve the learning goals.

Design and deliver lessons tailored to children's levels and learning styles, use media resources to create activities during class. EAL Teacher (K12 System )?

This was my first job. I started as a part-time teaching assistant. I kept learning and after training, I became a certified K12 system S2-level teacher, responsible for students at this level and below.

At my peak, I had four classes and four one-on-one students. My job responsibilities included assisting in providing language courses to students, emphasizing full English teaching of basic language, focusing on listening, speaking, reading comprehension, and writing.

My responsibilities also include supporting students' individualized needs, such as participating in international speech competitions, attending regular meetings of the academic department, sharing the latest achievements in children's education, and imparting teaching experiences to new teachers, etc.?
