About Me
We’re looking for a lovely Sunday nanny to join our family in Angel, just 2 minutes’ walk from the tube.
We’re a very relaxed, friendly family with 2 girls: Charlie, who is 4, and Isla, who is 2. We’d love to find someone warm, energetic and engaging who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children.
For Charlie, we’re particularly keen to find someone who can make learning fun and help her with phonics, reading and other age-appropriate activities. Isla is a happy, energetic 2-year-old who loves getting involved too.
We have a large lounge, a garden and plenty of space for playing, crafts and activities. You’ll be working alongside Rich and Samantha, plus Winston, our very friendly and high-energy spaniel, so being comfortable around dogs is important.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Warm, caring and confident with young children
Fun and energetic
Interested in early-years learning and development
Happy to plan activities, games, crafts and outings
Reliable and looking for a regular Sunday role
Comfortable around a very friendly dog
Most importantly, we’d love someone who becomes a familiar and trusted part of our family and who the girls genuinely look forward to seeing every Sunday.
My Requirements
Responsibilities:
Organising creative educational activities at home such as games, drawing and crafting
Preparing Charlie and Isla's meals
Ensuring her safety indoors and outdoors
Skills:
Availability to work on Sundays
Creative mindset and the ability to come up with ideas to educate and engage Charlie
Sound understanding of child psychology and the stages of child development
Excellent organisation skills and cleanliness
Proficient first aid and CPR skills to deal with injuries and cuts
