About the Role
This is a live-out position, ideal for someone who loves working with children, enjoys the outdoors, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and help with the flow of family life. Responsibilities include:
Childcare & Routine Support
o School pick-up and drop-off (driving license essential)
o Supervising after-school activities, outdoor play, and creative fun
o Occasional evening or weekend babysitting
Household Support
o Preparing wholesome, home-cooked family meals
o Household tasks (tidying toys, children’s laundry, etc.)
Lifestyle Fit
o Comfortable with animals – we have a dog and horses
o Happy in a rural environment with an active, outdoor lifestyle
o Respectful of our family routines and parenting approach
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in childcare with references
• Holds relevant child safety and first aid qualifications
• Kind, energetic, and engaged with children’s wellbeing
• Organised, reliable and adaptable to family life
• A confident driver with a clean license
