Ros looked after our little boy until he started nursery recently, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better nanny. We were incredibly nervous about leaving our boy with someone new, especially given our son’s needs. He is autistic and non verbal, so finding the right person felt even more important. From the very beginning, Ros completely put our minds at ease. She is warm, patient, caring, and built such a special bond with our son.She always took the time to understand him, engaging him in ways that worked for him with activities etc and making sure he felt safe and happy. She’s a kind and thoughtful nanny and it was clear how much she truly cared about his wellbeing and development.
We feel very lucky to have had her as part of our lives during such an important time. She is a wonderful nanny, and we’re so glad we’ll be able to stay in touch and have her continue to look after him on an ad hoc basis. We can’t recommend Ros highly enough
