Part Time Nanny Job in Oxford
About Me
We have two beautiful twin girls who were born in October 2021 at 27 weeks. They spent 3 months in hospital, but are doing brilliantly. They have just turned 12 months old and are loving life. My husband works full time and I will be going back to work for the NHS part time.
My Requirements
We are looking for a fun, creative and calm nanny for 2 days a week. Ideally a Wednesday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Wednesday. We can be flexible with the hours, but around 8.30am-5.30pm. We would love the girls to continue to grow and develop and most importantly, to feel happy. We would hope that the individual will start in December/January, but we can be flexible if it means waiting for the right person.
Duties will include tasks such as dressing and feeding the children. Meal prep.
Bathing (occasionally)
Light household tasks, hoovering, wiping sides down, cleaning up after babies.
Washing the babies clothes.
Supporting their development and help them with language and knowledge such as building bricks, making puzzles.
As a family we are very laid back and just want the girls to be safe and happy.
The post will be in our home and there will be times that my husband or I will be working from home (out of your way!).

Ria started working with us when our twins had just turned 1. We were lucky enough for her to look after them for nearly 2 years, and this only ended due to our work commitments changing.
Our girls were very premature and had some additional medical needs early on, so we were quite nervous about someone else caring for them. However, Ria was incredible and we never worried about them in her care. She would often take them to regular groups or engage in fun activities with them at home. She also cooked them delicious meals!
Ria quickly became part of the family and our girls absolutely love her! We have remained friends, and still meet up for play dates.
We feel very lucky to have had Ria for that time, and can’t recommend her enough.
