After a really good initial chat , we set up a face to face interview . First time , she cancelled due to Illness and second time when we rearranged ,we confirmed the night before and she just didn’t turn up without a text or call . Really disappointing and let down for parents who need support.

Rukiya was our nanny for 3 months- 50 hours a week and she was a god send!! She was so good with the 2 year old twins and in that short amount of time she helped the kids learn their shapes, days of the week as well as the numbers. So gutted that she is leaving us, but she will always be part of our family and will always be welcome.
