Hello, I'm Sasha — a mum to my two wonderful boys, aged 2 and 5.
At 34, l've had the joy of working within various childcare roles and I'm now looking forward to offering a nurturing, home-from-home environment for children under 5.
My approach is inspired by Steiner education, focusing on gentle rhythms, imaginative play, creativity, and respect for each child's unique pace of development. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, seen, and free to explore the world in their own way.
Every child amazes me — how they think, how they solve problems, and how wonderfully different they all are. Watching them grow and discover brings me genuine joy, and it's a privilege to be part of those early, magical years.

My Experience
I bring a wealth of hands-on childcare experience, primarily developed through my role as a dedicated, full-time mother over the past five years. Caring for my own children has given me a deep understanding of child development, patience, and the ability to respond intuitively to children’s needs.
In addition, I have experience working with school-aged children through teaching and coaching roles, where I’ve supported learning, confidence-building, and positive behaviour. I have also assisted in forest school settings, encouraging outdoor exploration, creativity, and child-led learning.
My experience extends to caring for younger children, including supporting a one-year-old while their mother recovered from surgery, where I provided attentive, nurturing care in a sensitive family situation.
More recently, I have completed training as a postnatal doula, further strengthening my ability to support families with newborn care, emotional reassurance, and practical day-to-day help during the early stages of parenthood.
