Full-Time Nanny - 40h per week - £33k per year + benefits
About Me
We are a warm, welcoming family of four living in Cumnor, looking for an experienced, proactive, and loving Nanny to join our household. The role focuses on the care and development of our two children (a boy aged 5, and a girl aged 9), alongside managing light housekeeping and organisation related to their daily routines.
Both children are in school full-time, so the term-time hours offer a calm, manageable rhythm to enable household organisation, local errands, preparing fresh meals before the afternoon school pickup and evening routine begins. During school holidays, the role transitions to full-time fun, planning engaging outings, local activities, and creative play.
We value reliability and are looking for someone to become a long-term part of our family support system.
We can offer a generous package to the right candidate:
>>> Base salary: £32,000 gross per annum.
>>> Christmas bonus: £1,000 gross paid at Christmas time annually (pro rated in first year and subject to continued employment).
>>> Holidays: 6 weeks (30 days) of paid annual leave per year (including bank holidays or days in lieu if required to work a bank holiday).
>>> Pension: Standard UK workplace pension enrolment and contributions.
>>> Expenses: Duty mileage/petrol reimbursed.
