Nanny / Family Assistant – Switzerland, UK & Mallorca

Full-Time, Year-Round Position | Starting January 2027

We are looking for a warm, energetic and highly capable Nanny / Family Assistant to join our family on a long-term basis, travelling with us throughout the year between our homes in Verbier, the UK and Mallorca.

Our typical year is split between:

* January – June: Verbier, Switzerland
* Summer: UK
* September – December: Mallorca, Spain

We have two children, aged 2 and 4, and are looking for someone who can provide them with consistency and stability as we move between our homes. Our eldest will be at school, so the role will primarily focus on our youngest during the day, with shared care of both children outside school hours.

This is a varied, hands-on position for someone who is happy to become a trusted extra pair of hands within family life. Alongside childcare, we would love someone who is proactive and willing to help with light household duties, children’s laundry, simple meal preparation, errands and generally keeping family life running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Caring, fun and genuinely loves spending time with children
* Experienced and confident with young children
* A competent and confident driver
* Proactive, organised and happy to muck in
* Comfortable travelling and adapting between different homes
* Outdoorsy and ideally someone who enjoys mountain life
* Flexible and looking for a long-term position
* Fluent English essential; French or Spanish would be a bonus
* Ideally an EU passport holder / someone with the appropriate right to work

We are really looking for someone who can become a consistent and valued part of our family, particularly as we travel frequently throughout the year.
