A Nurturing and supportive childcare setting

My son has been attending Shazya’s setting for the past eight months, and the care he has received has been outstanding. His communication skills have improved significantly — he comes home almost every day with new words, and at just two years old, he has even started singing the ABCs.

He has made remarkable progress during his time there. Shazya has always been incredibly supportive, flexible, and attentive, not only towards my son but also towards me as a parent. She has truly been a huge support system us, and I am extremely grateful for the care and encouragement she provides.

Fantastic childminder

My daughter has been attending Little Bundles for nine months (since she was 11 months) and she has loved every minute. She didn’t settle at her previous setting, but was fine from day one with Shazya. It is such a relief to see her wave me off in the morning and to know that she is happy and cared for with warmth and kindness.

I receive multiple updates every day with pictures of all the many activities she’s been up to. The setting is clean and spacious, with a fantastic garden that she plays in every day.

My daughter is doing really well in her development and it amazes me when she comes home with new words every day. Shazya is highly skilled at getting the best out of each child. I only wish she had been in Solihull when I was looking for childcare for my eldest! I know from experience how important it is to choose the right setting for your child, and I cannot recommend Little Bundles highly enough. They are fantastic in every way.

Unsupportive Childcare Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this childminder. My child’s needs often seemed secondary to her own preferences, and feedback was not welcomed. I was asked not to bring my child at certain times because it might “disturb others,” which left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported. My child was dismissed over a short payment delay, and I was pressured for advance payment despite explaining my financial difficulties. In my experience, there was a clear lack of compassion, empathy, and genuine care

Hi Amber, thank you for your completely inaccurate review.
All childcare payments at Little Bundles are made in advance of care (for all clients) and you still have an outstanding amount to pay despite your repeated promises to pay.
Your daughter struggled to settle at Little Bundles due to her inconsistent attendance and punctuality and when you were asked to maintain consistency in this regard it was for her best interest not my own.
Your daughter was not dismissed, you were asked to clear your arrears and pay in advance for further childcare as was the expectation from the start and you chose to give me immediate notice.
Your daughter received an outstanding level of care in terms of her social and emotional care, the variety of activities for her enjoyment, development and ongoing engagement which demonstrates the genuine care, and I have photographic and written evidence to support this.

Good childminder!

Shazya has been looking after my 2 year old for nearly a month now and she has been really great with him. We had separation anxiety to begin with but she's done a wonderful job settling him. The pictures and updates throughout the day really helped me feel at ease too and allahamdulillah he's all smiles when he comes home. Previously I have used nursery with my other children but I was reassured by the ofsted rating, warm welcome fabulous care & halal food option! Would recommend little bundles to others.

After school care

We and what most imported our girl ,are very happy that we found Shazya. It was very hard to find childminder who can pick up and offer after school care from St.Anthony Catholic Primary School in Shipley.And then we found Shazya..Our girl enjoys being there. She also loves the meals. Because Shazya is also a teacher she is spending time with our girl to make her read some books and count numbers.

Amazing level of care

My 8 month old son has been attending childcare for just over a month. He struggled with separation and shazya and her assistants have helped change that massively. They got him into a good routine with a lot of effort from their part. He now happily goes there twice a week with minimal crying. The communication with photos and messages helps reassure me as a parent. Auntie shazya is an amazing child minder very relaxed. I would recommend her and her team to anyone.

From the OG Little Bundle

My (almost) 10 month old has been coming to Little Bundles for over a month now. He is well cared for and well fed and I get regular updates and pictures throughout the day. He attends 5 days a week and absolutely loves it. He is always stimulated and plays with toys and books throughout his stay. When I pick him up the older children are practicing their writing skills which is also great to see for when he grows up. I’m hoping that he will be able to stay with Little Bundles until he goes to school as he learns a new skill every day. He gets delicious food every day including curry, home made chapati and pasta. We call Shazya his auntie and she certainly treats him as if he was family ❤️
