My Experience

I believe that a caring, nurturing and stimulating environment is essential for children to feel secure, develop their confidence and reach their full potential. With over 15 years of experience working in childcare, including 8 years as a Day Nursery Manager, I have developed a strong understanding of children’s individual needs, development and wellbeing.

I have a genuine passion for working with children and take great pride in creating a warm, safe and welcoming environment where every child feels valued, respected and supported. I believe that building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families is at the heart of providing high-quality care.

My aim is for every family, both new and existing, to feel welcomed, valued and completely at ease, knowing that their child is happy, safe, supported and receiving the highest standard of care while in my setting.

I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child is supported to learn, develop and thrive. I regularly undertake training to keep my knowledge and skills up to date, particularly in relation to safeguarding, children’s health, safety and wellbeing.

I understand the importance of safeguarding children and promoting their welfare at all times. My training enables me to recognise and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, maintain professional confidentiality, and provide a safe and inclusive setting for all children in my care.

I am committed to continuing my professional development and keeping my training current so that I can provide the highest standard of care and support to the children and families I work with.

My Availability

Open 08.00-18.00 Monday to Thursday
Open 48 weeks of the year.

My Fees

• Childminding from £10.00 per hour

£8.00 per hour including all meals, nappies and wet wipes
