A nurturing, mature caregiver with a calm, grounded energy.
(We warmly welcome applicants with many years of life experience — ideally someone in later adulthood who enjoys spending time with young children.)
Someone who genuinely loves to play, interact, and be fully present.
A person who values a screen-free environment — no phones, videos, or video games during care.
Reliability, kindness, and strong communication.
Responsibilities
Spend dedicated, playful time with our son twice a week in our home.
Engage him in active, imaginative, and educational play — indoors and outdoors.
Take him out for walks or simple outings when appropriate.
Prepare occasional simple meals or snacks.
Maintain a safe, attentive, and loving environment at all times.
Schedule
Twice per week (specific days and times can be discussed).
Ideal Qualities
Warm, patient, and joyful around children.
Approaches caregiving with care, intuition, and a sense of fun.
Brings a gentle, grandmother-like presence.
Comfortable with light cooking.
