Live Out Nanny

Hello, I’m Jon, a dedicated father to my wonderful 5-year-old son, Owen. Sadly, my wife passed away in May 2024, and since then I’ve been raising Owen as a single parent. He’s a bright, affectionate, and curious little boy who loves exploring, learning new things, and sharing plenty of laughs along the way.

I have supportive friends and family nearby, but I’m now looking for a reliable, experienced, and caring live-out nanny to provide consistent help and become a trusted part of our life.

About the Role
This position is for approximately 25 hours per week, with some occasional babysitting and potential weekend work when required.

Typical would duties include:
Providing nurturing, attentive care for Owen in a safe and positive environment
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities both at home and outdoors
Preparing healthy meals and snacks, including batch cooking for the week
General child-related housekeeping such as changing bedding, organising clothes and toys, and keeping play areas tidy
Supporting daily routines, including school drop-offs and pick-ups (a driver with their own car would be ideal although not essential during term time as the school is just a few minutes walk away)

The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, and genuinely passionate about working with children. Someone calm, proactive, and organised who can bring warmth, structure, and fun into Owen’s daily life.

If you feel this sounds like the right fit for you, I’d love to hear from you.
