Live in or live out Nanny in Earlsfield

Hello!
We’re a family of five consisting of my husband and myself, our 4.5yr old son and 13m old twin girls and we’re looking for a live in or live out nanny.
Our son is a very sweet polite boy who adores his little sisters. He loves playing all sorts of games, reading books, doing arts and crafts. He goes to football and swimming every week and he loves helping out with his sisters.
His sisters are babbling away and almost walking. They love to dance and they are utterly obsessed with food!
My Requirements
Our son starts reception in September. His school is a 4min walk from our house so your main duties will be looking after the twins until he gets collected just after 3pm.
We’re hoping to find a confident, bubbly nanny who fits into our family. Someone who’s happy to keep the children’s areas tidy and is able to cook for the children.
Our girls have a good 2hr lunchtime nap, so this time can be used to do a bit of batch cooking or organising clothes etc. Of course we’d expect our nanny to have some down time in this period too.
We’re looking for someone to do 45hrs Monday - Friday. Roughly 9am-6pm with an hours flexibility either side.
My husband works in the office Mon-Weds. On those days he could be home a bit later so we’d like help until around 6.30pm/7pm . On Thursday and Friday he works from home so you could finish earlier, around 5.30pm.
I am a freelancer so hours could change a little bit depending on my work but we’ll agree a minimum weekly amount.
We also have a cat and a Labrador. It’s be a bonus if we found a nanny who was also keen to take our dog out for walks but it’s not a necessity.
