Live In Nanny Job in London Borough Of Brent
About Me
My name is Iona. My Husband, Tom, and I have three children two boys who will turn 5 and 3 in September, and a newborn baby.
The eldest boy will be starting at the local primary school in September, and the youngest will attend nursery 9-3pm.
I work as a secondary school teacher and my husband works in finance.
I will be on maternity leave looking after the newborn and we are looking for some help with the two boys!
We live in a 4 bedroom town house in Queens Park. It is split over 3 floors with the top floor and accompanying roof terrace being for you! The top floor has a large bedroom and a large bathroom. We only use the bathroom to bath the kids (which hopefully you can help with...), otherwise it will be yours! The house is in a lovely area of London. We live close to two overground stations (Brondesbury and Brondesbury park) and two tubes (Kilburn and Queens park). It's an amazing area with parks, Farmers Markets, pubs, restaurants, close to Hampstead Heath (10 mins on train), and very accessible to central London (20 mins)
We love the outdoors. We spend a lot of time in local parks with the kids and other local families.
We often go out of London to the countryside (Oxfordshire and Worcestershire) where we have family and a holiday home.
We also spend lots of time exploring different parts of London, going to museums, eating out etc.
My Requirements
This would be for discussion/require someone who can be a little flexible.
Our current thoughts include:
- Help with pick up and evening routine including an evening meal and bath for the boys (2-7); keeping an eye on baby while I put the boys to bed)
- light housework every day (child related - e.g. tidying up their toys, taking out the rubbish, doing their laundry or cleaning up breakfast etc.)
