About Me
******* LONG-TERM: 27+hours from March with a flex requirement up to 45hrs from January to March. Two full days / week, then Nursery pick ups at 3pm for 3 days/week ******
Hello lovely Nannies/Mannies
We have two gorgeous, gregariously funny girls aged 21 months and almost 4. We are a German, British, Swiss household, but speak French and Italian, with a glass half full attitude we both are very active (when we slept well...). We love yoga, cycling, running, hiking, swimming and my better half is the chef in the relationship. Lucky me! We’ve both lived in London for 15 years and have adapted our British maneurisms ;)
We live close to South Hampstead station (overground), Swiss Cottage/Finchley Road (Jubilee & Metropolitan) and 15-mins walk from West Hampstead Thameslink have a gorgeous, well appointed garden allowing for quality outdoor time with the little ones, but Regent’s Park/Primrose Hill/West Hampstead and Hampstead Heath are not far on foot or by bus. We appreciate a healthy amount of outdoor time for the little ones.
Both of us work full-time with international travel & we are looking for that powerhouse energy that keeps our house calm and on track. Our oldest goes to nursery 3 days a week just 6 mins walk away and we will be sending our youngest one as well around March (tbc exact date). When theyll go to nursery they will only go for three days a week and are home for two full days. Thus we are looking for a Nanny, who is willing to help us with the following schedule:
***** THE ROLE *****
- January - c. March: min. 40+ hours
- c. March (both in nursery): Mon/Tue/Thu 3-6:30pm (3-3.5hrs/day) and Wed/Fri - 9-6pm (9hrs/day)
- As of September, our first born will go to school, thus it would be great to have some flexiblity for extra hours during term-time.
Aside from the typical nanny duties, such as meal prep, tidying, occasional extra grocery shop, we also require some household help, tidying, the odd vacuum, putting children's clothes away, organising household, odd machine of laundry. We have a fantastic cleaner & do weekly shops ourselves, but we like our home neat and tidy and thus there are daily little things. BONUS: if there is someone out there happy to help with some personal administrative tasks relating to mum's job - I’m open to discussing that, but it’s not an expectation.
We seek to pay between £15-£16.5 net based on experience and welcome self employed Nannie’s, as we've had two so far. We have travelled with our nanny's in the past to Germany, Switzerland, Europe, Asia, which is a welcome flexibility, but not an expectation.
Any questions, let us know!
