Hi! We're parents of twins in need of help dealing with the chaos! Mum Helen is a nurse, and I'm a work-from-home dad. The sprogs (boy and girl) are 4.5 years old

We just need someone who can help out on Wednesday from 3pm until 6pm, starting now, finishing on July 29. We also occasionally could do with the odd bit of help here and there now and beyond that date (babysitting etc).
