Hello, I’m Chloe!
I’m a 23-year-old graduate who has recently completed a degree in Social Care with aspirations of working with children in the social care sector as either a social worker or a play therapist.
I have completed a number of childcare-related courses and have extensive experience working with children of different ages. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and love getting involved in creative activities such as arts and crafts, reading stories and imaginative play.
I’m a friendly, approachable and caring person and I find that children quickly feel comfortable and at ease around me. As an aunt to nine nieces and nephews, I’m often joking that I run my own nursery!
I have worked as a nanny for just over four years and have thoroughly enjoyed supporting families and helping children learn, grow and have fun. After taking a short break to focus on completing my university studies, I’m excited to be returning to childcare work.
I am currently available for evenings, weekends and school holidays and would love the opportunity to support your family. I look forward to hearing from you! ?
My Experience
I’ve been a full-time nanny for just over four years to a wonderful family and also provide occasional babysitting for families in my local area. As a nanny to two boys I was responsible for getting them ready for school, doing school drop-offs and pick-ups, preparing dinner, helping with homework and supporting their daily routines. During the school holidays I organised fun activities, outings, baking sessions and games as well as providing occasional overnight care.
I still babysit from time to time and would love to do more. I have a range of childcare-related qualifications, studied Health and Social Care at college and am currently continuing my studies at university.
I also have plenty of hands-on childcare experience through caring for my eight nieces and nephews who range in age from 9 months to 13 years old.
In addition, I volunteered as a Young Leader at Rainbows where I planned activities, supported group sessions and helped take children on community outings. I also gained experience as a classroom assistant in an infant school which gave me valuable insight into supporting young children in an educational setting.
I am caring, reliable and enthusiastic and genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow and have fun in a safe and nurturing environment.
My Qualifications
Health and social care extended diploma
Currently working towards BSc in social work. And lots of different childcare qualifications ( can share if requested ). I also have a full DBS check
My Availability
Full time/ part time summer nannying or babysitting occasional babysitting
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
Fee are discussable and would require additional travel compensation where applicable :)
