I am 29 years old and a recent graduate with a PGDE in Primary Education from the University of Strathclyde. I studied Literature for my bachelor's and master's degrees. I have been told that my approach to teaching makes it enjoyable for my children as I am considered patient and very approachable.
My Experience
I am enthusiastic about applying my passion for working with children that includes classroom experience. Committed to establishing a supportive learning environment in order to assist children in realising their greatest potential. A highly motivated, dedicated, and diligent teacher with a passion for education and teaching various important skills.
I've taught in a variety of nations, including India, where I learnt about the CBSE curriculum, I am fluent in writing and speaking ‘Hindi Language’ and in Dubai, where I taught in IB and National Curriculum. In addition, my most recent experience was in Scotland, where I taught Curriculum for Excellence in accordance with Scottish government standards.
I've teaching experience in various groups, particularly Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and have developed a broad primary teaching skill set that allows me to deliver engaging lessons.

My 5 y/o grand daughter has been getting tutored by Akansha. She had very little knowledge of English before; with Akansha's enthusiastic, persistent and enjoyable tutoring, her English is getting better and better.
