Looking to train someone to be an ABA tutor

We are a family of four. Our seven year old son is autistic and pre verbal, and is a very happy and playful child.
My Requirements
We’re looking to train and hire someone to be our son’s part time ABA tutor. ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) is a recognised and effective research-based Autism therapy designed to reduce negative behaviours and increase positive behaviours whilst also teaching new skills and improving social communication.
No experience with ABA/Autism necessary as full training provided on the job. Most importantly, we are looking for someone fun, patient and can hold a child’s attention!
The role is flexible. First you would start with some play sessions to pair up with him. Then some shadow sessions with our current ABA tutors. Then we’d like you to be his 1:1 at his summer holiday club. After this, we would love for you to stay on with him as his weekend ABA tutor/part time school ABA tutor/holidays and illness cover ABA tutor.
