Multicultural family, who has lived in various continents, and most of all in India.
We live-by gentle parenting and attachment parenting principles. But in a strict way so we instill boundaries and a sense of hierarchy.
Looking for regular but ad-hoc babysitting as well as a part-time nanny who is ofsted registered (essential due to help with childcare we qualify for).
Duties involve taking to playgroup, giving meal, playing, park when weather allows, and a little bit of playful learning. You will not cook (except maybe boiling pastas) as I prepare lunches, snacks, dinners myself. No cleaning or extra duties.
