I have several hobbies and interests one of them being I am a massive Disney fan and know the words to every Disney song which comes in very handy for my line of work. I enjoy arts and crafts and being outside.
My Experience
I have 6 years experience working with children, 5 years were in a boarding school for children with additional needs, this required me to complete their daily personal routines. I spent a year in a primary school as a teaching assistant working in year 1 where I taught a read write Inc Phonics group.
Whilst nannying I try and get out everyday so the children have the time to socialise with other kids wether that is a toddler group or the local park. I like to organise activities weekly which includes arts and crafts, baking/cooking, and some education learning activities. I like to plan Montessori activities which help the children reach their developmental stages as well as having fun doing so.
I am happy to do extra alongside nannying such as dog walking, housekeeping and personal assisting. Anything to make your lives a little easier so you can enjoy your time off with your little ones ?
