About Me
Looking for a warm, fun-loving carer with a real gift for supporting autistic, ADHD or pre-verbal children, a Nanny McPhee or Mary Poppins type! Our 7-year-old son is pre-verbal, but he understands everything. He's super playful, happy, and cheeky at times. He loves arts & crafts, being outdoors in forest school, playing with pets and structure, and is really eager to develop his speech and language skills, he's determined to get his words out. Sher is an absolute joy to be around and will bring so much laughter and warmth into your week! Even his school report says this :)
My Requirements
September 2026 onwards. Regular After school care Monday to Friday. Monday: pickup from school at 2:30pm for horse riding sessions, finish at 6pm. Tuesday to Friday: pickup from school at 3pm, finish at 6pm. Friday includes swimming — parent will be present at the pool. After pickup, structured activities include park time (weather permitting), arts & crafts in his play room, and up to an hour on speech & language practice. Simple, healthy meals can be prepared if needed. Support with reading and speech practice. Calm him down before leaving so he's ready to settle and prepare for bath and bedtime. Experience with autistic, ADHD or pre-verbal children is not essential but really valued. Own transport required. Occasional babysitting in evenings when on business trips.
