I feel so lucky to have found Sana. She has made the past two years so much easier for both me and my daughter.
My daughter started with Sana when she was just 14 months old, and I felt completely comfortable leaving her in Sana’s care from the very beginning. She settled in within just two weeks and has absolutely loved going ever since. Even when she was a baby, she would smile as soon as Sana opened the door and couldn’t wait to go inside.
Every time I pick up my daughter, I can feel the warm, happy, and homely atmosphere. The setting is always spotless, safe, modern, and filled with lots of interesting toys and activities. Sana also organises playgroups, outings, and fun learning activities that the children really enjoy.
Sana has been incredibly supportive, flexible, and accommodating with our family’s needs. She has always done her best to help whenever I’ve needed extra support with childcare, which has made such a difference to us. Her kindness and willingness to be flexible have been invaluable.

- Sana instantly responds to messages which helped my anxiety
- She regularly sends photo updates
- She is like a friend as well as a childminder
- She is very patient and spent almost a month settling in my very needy baby
- Her own family are very polite and friendly
- She is down to earth, funny and kind
- She will always try and accommodate to you and help if she can
- She gives advice and tips on things like weaning

My daughter, who had recently arrived into the country, got along so well with Sana. She benefited much from a tailored approach; although she was naturally quiet and introverted at first, it was wonderful to watch her start to come out of her shell. She enjoyed the educational games, free play, reading and writing after school in a more laid-back setting, and I could notice improvements in her behavior. Being among and in the company of other children really increased my daughter's self-esteem. Thank you for your patience, inspiration, and support.

I can't praise Sana highly enough as a childminder for making my life so much easier over the past 4 month. Nicole started when he was 11 months after I had to go back to work. I felt completely comfortable with Sana and Nicole settled immediately. She absolutely loves going there, even just a baby when she opens the door always smiles and can't wait to go inside. I fell very homely happy atmosphere every time I pick up Nicole. The childminder premises is very clean, safe, new/modern with lots of interesting toys and games. She also does activities, playgroups and outings that kids love. Sana has been so flexible with us, always tried to pleased us She gives us updates on her progress and development and encourages her in areas where she is not as confident. Great communication with Sana, sharing lots of pictures and details about her day. So happy I found Sana to take care of my daughter!!

Sana is really lovely, as are her children. My son had a great time in her care, playing chess, reading and interacting with the other children. Her home is spacious, clean, and conveniently located for Holtsmere drop-offs. Highly recommended!

Sana starts looking after my boy since he was nearly 2 till now (he is over 3). During the time with Sana, I can see how my boy is changed and how much he enjoyed/enjoys going to her house.
As a first time parent, she advised lots of useful information when I am in doubt and also sometimes can spot the problem before I act. She is extremely experience in tacking with kids and always knows a way to deal with/ talk to them and due to her experiences, she also knows what activities/ outing would suit my boy and always encourages him to join. She is extremely careful that always ensure my boy is in safe environment and wears enough in the cold weather (even I thought there was enough).
I like how she organises the toys/ books in a order that my boy can choose what he wants but at the same time in a safe setting. There are enough space and choice for my boy to play and read during the days. He never gets bored in the house.
Her kids are really welcoming and encourage my boy to join them playing. Thanks to the year with them, I can see how my boy can quickly and confidently build up his relationship in nursery now. They just see my boy as one of their family and take really good care of him. You can always feel safe and comfortable with your boy with them.
And now my boy becomes a really confident, happy and independent one. I am really glad that I have Sana as my childminder! Thank you!!
