Part Time Nanny with Special Needs Experience Job in London Borough Of Sutton
About Me
Hello!
I'm Kate and mum to a very happy and highly energetic 5 year old boy. We've been in Cheam a few years, and our son is at school in reception.
Due to long-term ill health, I am unable to work and need to better prioritise my rest and health, hence looking for some extra help!
We are looking for some extra help in childcare, including developmental activities due to him having ASD- speech/COMMUNICATION, attention and OT difficulties - He has an EHCP.
The ideal person would have a lot of energy, patience and enjoy being out and about. Experience of SEN would be a bonus, to help us to work on the strategies we continually have in place and to support him in developing more and reaching his full potential.
A sense of humour is critical - he has a huge fun personality and likes to share his humour with others. He loves pretend play and has an ever growing imagination. Other loves are building, being outdoors, climbing, hide and seek... And mostly anything else that involves active play.
We're looking for help during school holidays and babysitting. Babysitting is particularly for the later nights at first and then moving to ad hoc from September 2026 when our regular babysitter goes to Uni. Our current focus is on planning for summer holiday childcare.
Overall I'm needing some help to keep on top of my rest and health, whilst ensuring our boy has all the care, support and fun that he needs and deserves.
During school holidays we are looking for part time with flexibility of hours for the right person.
It would be sole charge, and at some times it would be with me around, most likely I'd be in bed resting.
Please get into contact if you think you can help us!
Thanks, Kate xx
