About Me
We are a busy and dynamic family of 5 (and 2 cats, 2 rats our lovely dog Mabel).
Mum and Dad are busy professionals who work full time (Hybrid) working from home and the office part of the week. We have two wonderful children. Our 11 year old daughter has Autism (PDA profile) and sensory needs but adores art, mythical beasts, animals,cooking and reading and is educated at home via EOTAS our 9 year old son - crazy about football and sport has Autism, Tourettes and awaits assessment for ADHD. Both the kids have different needs and are quite independant when supported by the right person, who can adapt to their needs, following our relaxed family low demand vibe - the children are fabulously fun to be around.
My Requirements
We are looking for childcare support, home help for adhoc eve and weekend in term time and adhoc days the school holidays with someone who has experience of working with children who have Autism (PDA awareness would be a bonus). Or someone who is willing to work with us and upskill to our children's needs/gain SEN childcare experience for their own development. We would consider Students, with experience of childcare who are available.
We would also be looking to build a relationship with someone who could progress to being our go to person for extra help/childcare.
