My name is Trish but people call me Poppy I am a energetic, fun loving, mature and experienced Local Authority & NHS Children & Young People (CYP)Practitioner in Early Years, Primary & Secondary. Over 20 years of delivering holistic and empathetic family centred support. I am a mother of one with 6 nieces & nephews and 5 great nieces & nephews and I enjoy the outdoors, nature and swimming.
I am an experienced Local Authority & NHS CYP Family Practitioner I have worked professionally with a range of families supporting Primary& Secondary Pastoral Support, Inclusion/exclusion, SEN and one to one holistic support. I am caring, supportive and a family team player.
