Hi Family,

My name is Trish but people call me Poppy I am an energetic, fun loving, mature and experienced Local Authority & NHS Children & Young People (CYP)Practitioner in Early Years, Primary & Secondary. Over 20 years of delivering holistic and empathetic family centred support. I am a mother of one with 6 nieces & nephews and 5 great nieces & nephews and I enjoy the outdoors, nature and swimming.

I am an experienced Local Authority & NHS CYP Family Practitioner I have worked professionally with a range of families supporting Primary& Secondary Pastoral Support, Inclusion/exclusion, SEN and one to one holistic support. I am caring, supportive and a family team player.

I empower and support my CYP to grow in confidence, self esteem which feeds into the family dynamics. My family’s have grown in confidence, found family solutions and navigated range of personal challenges.
