My Requirements

We are in need of a nanny that can do school pick ups (3:15) in a car untill 7pm, initially 1 day a week but increasing to 2 or 3 afternoons with success and confidence in the family, we may very occasionally request later evenings.

Expectations are to prepare snacks and dinner and support meal time, clean up after dinner, help with toileting for the youngest, have time to play, chat, support sibling interactions and help with starting with bedtime routine. It may become necessary to do club runs in the future.

Our youngest has a diagnosis of ASD and generally manages well at home but will occasionally need extra support to manage her emotions, she loves to move, be silly and play games. My middle boy loves to be active, play sit down games, maths, science and routine and a consistent approach to him is important. Our oldest is fairly independent and will walk home independently, but needs help sorting snacks and reminding to drink, she loves to dance and create.
