Our daughter started here when she was 19 months old and Jackie has looked after our daughter for more than 1 year. Our daughter has delayed milestones, she walked independently only at 22 months. We are very impressed by the individual care and fantastic support Jackie has provided and the development we see in our daughter so far. Our daughter is very fond of Jackie and she has a smile on her face as soon as she sees Jackie, which is very reassuring.
Jackie takes children daily to various parks, farms, playgroups. She provides us notes and information on where they went that day, what they did, what they ate, their nap details etc on daily basis and also includes photos which is incredibly helpful. Having no family around, and not confident of leaving our daughter with friends, we asked Jackie and she also helped us with baby sitting. After 1+ years at this setting, we are happy to have chosen Jackie over a nursery and would not hesitate to recommend her as a childminder to anyone.
