About Me

Childcare is a vocational career choice ever since doing voluntary work at holiday clubs for children with additional needs. After having my own children I decided to do a childcare qualification and worked with children in early years at a school and as a nanny for 16 years.

My Experience

I left full time nannying and currently have a job working in elderly care. However I have made the decision to return to childcare since the arrival of my now 4 month old twin granddaughters.
I worked as a full time sole care nanny for 7 years with the same family looking after fraternal twins aged 4-11.
Before that I worked as a nursery nurse at King Athelstan Primary School in early years for 8 years. I also worked for Surbiton Sitters ad hoc child care as a babysitter and had a weekend respite care role looking after an autistic boy from the age of 2-10 years.

My Qualifications

CACHE Level 3 Diploma in childcare and education
3 A-Levels
9 GCSE’s
DBS
Paediatric First aid
Clean driving licence

My Availability

I am available as a full time live out nanny Monday to Friday and would also be available for babysitting
