About Me
We are looking for an experienced, creative and flexible Live-out Nanny/Housekeeper for our dynamic French family based in West London (Notting Hill).
This is a long-term position from May/June 2026 to support our growing family of 3 children:
- A confident and lovely 4-year old girl who attends pre-prep in full day
- A happy and smiley baby girl (20-month old)
- A newborn who will join the family of mid-February
We are seeking a nanny who will become a trusted extension of the family, someone nurturing and playful, yet confident setting boundaries and supporting development. The role will mainly focus on our 20-months baby girl and the newborn.
The candidates must be/have:
- Warm, kind, loving and emotionally intuitive
- Confident, calm and consistent in setting boundaries
- Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Development with proven experience with newborns
- Active, creative and genuinely enjoys engaging with young children
- Exceptionally organised with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous housekeeping experience with excellent attention to detail
My Requirements
FULL-TIME NANNY/HOUSEKEEPER ROLE (From May/June 2026)
Duties: Childcare, school runs, healthy meal prep, laundry, and maintaining household organization.
CHILDCARE
- Supervising and interacting with the children, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and educational experiences
- School pick up
- Preparing meals and snacks for the children
- Organising playdates, outings, and recreational activities
- Handling bedtime routines and ensuring the children’s daily schedules are followed
- Maintaining clear routines, boundaries and structure (firm but fair)
HOUSEKEEPING
- Cleaning and tidying various areas of the house, including bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas
- Doing laundry, ironing, and other household chores
- Organising the children closets, storage spaces, and other areas as needed
