Hi there,

I'm investigating child care options for a return to work in late November 2026 post maternity leave.

Currently Tuesday to Thursday full days (until 6pm, or ideally flex to 6.30pm when needed) all year round for a 1 year old boy.

I live in Carshalton and work in Wallington. I'm considering schools in Hackbridge, Carshalton, Wallington and Woodmansterne. We're so lucky to have so many good ones!

Depending on which school we get into may also be looking for wrap around care and holiday help for our older 4 year old boy.

Ideally looking for a kind, warm place where they get out and about daily, whether to a local park or soft play, or further afield to museums etc, with easy parking.

Also potentially depending how sleep regressions go, some occasional night nanny support from someone else.
