About Me
I live in SE18 right near the DLR and Woolwich Arsanal train station and also 15 mins walk from the Elizabeth line too.
I live in a 2 bedroom house with a very large garden for your child to enjoy.
I have full-time space available for September 2026 I also take the 30hrs funding too .
I have an NVQ leavle 3 in childcare development, I've been working in EYFS for over 13 yrs
I will always make your child/ children feel safe and secure and that they can feel free to express themselves freely.
I love the outdoors and having fun, and getting children to enjoy nature and exploring .
Your child will have free choice too.
There will also be interactive actives for them to play with, which will build their physical development,
Language and communication skills
Understanding of the world Personal, social, and emotional development.
Literacy
Maths
Art and design.
There will be out door activities for them to enjoy in the mud kitchen and also water/ sand area as well,I will always make sure your child/ children will be wearing a apron at all times in the water area to avoid them getting wet.
we will also be going to different children's centres and the local Library's for the children to engage and develop social skills, we will be going out during half term as well.
All food is freshly prepared, and I will also encourage the children to help with cutting the vegetables/fruit for snack time (safely while im observing)
I will also be getting the children to help with planting seeds to make our own vegetables and fruit.
My Experience
I have worked in a primary school in Greenwich Borough. I was there for over 13 yrs. in which I have worked with the under 2s in their children centre and then I went into Reception and Nursery.
I have a very good understanding of the EYFS
I have also worked with children SEN on a 121-level
I have helped with organising and planning activities for the children every day.
I help children with toileting and self-help.
I encourage children to try different foods at lunch time (But at the same time I make sure that any child who has any food allergies and they are protected at all time which means these foods will not be allowed around your child/ children at all times in my care)
I always make sure that the children's needs come first and they have a voice to speak out.
I will always let the children know that making a mistake is OK, and you can try again.
My Qualifications
NVQ leave 3 in childcare,learning, and development.
Paediatric First Aid
Safeguarding and child protection course.
My Availability
8 am to 6 pm
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
£65 per day. drop off is £8.50 and pick-up is £8.50
My Local Schools
- I provide pick ups at Cardwell Primary School
- I provide drop offs at Mulgrave Primary School

Our little one has been with Claire since he was 9 months old and now at 21 month's we couldn't be happier that he's with her while we are at work. Claire was very honest about the settling in period and what to expect. Her location is also a bonus, very central to all the stations. Our little one settled in very quickly and has grown so much in confidence and you can really see the independence. Claire is so caring, patient and nurturing, and it’s lovely seeing the bond between them, which gives us a peace of mind. She prepares lovely food for the little ones, an amazing garden and encourages a lot of outdoor time. She's always got something planned wheather that is a day trip, local community events and different indoor activities. We feel so lucky to have found Claire and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a wonderful childminder. ❤️

Claire is a fantastic childminder. My granddaughter was going there for 3yrs , and they always look forward to going. The setting is safe, clean, and feels like a second home. They do fun activities like outdoor park trips, crafts, and reading. Communication is always clear, and we love getting daily updates. Highly recommended!"

We have been sending our child, Thea, to Claire for 2 years now and we truly could not have asked for a better childcare provider. From the very first day, the settling-in process was handled with so much warmth, patience, and care that she adapted almost immediately and now runs in without even looking back to say goodbye.
Claire provides a safe, nurturing, and incredibly stimulating home-from-home environment. Every day is packed with wonderful, creative ideas, fun crafts, and excellent early-years development activities like learning numbers and writing. They regularly go above and beyond by organizing fantastic local outings to parks, playgroups, and libraries, ensuring the children get plenty of fresh air and social interaction.
Communication is another area where they truly excel. We absolutely love receiving regular text updates and photos throughout the day, which give us total peace of mind while we are at work. On top of that, they provide healthy, nutritious meals and snacks, and maintain an exceptionally clean, secure, and welcoming setting.
Claire is professional, reliable, and consistently flexible, making our daily routine seamless. They have truly become like an extended part of our family, and the positive impact on our child's confidence and social skills has been amazing. If you are looking for a trustworthy, loving, and outstanding childminder, we cannot recommend them highly enough!

Claire looked after my youngest daughter from 9mo until she was ready for school at 3.5y and I couldn’t praise her enough. She was like a home away from home my daughter learned so much and genuinely flourished under Claire’s care. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a wonderful minder for their child!
