I'm a fun, loving, creative and highly dependable nanny. I have 10+ years of experience of working in nursery settings and I have also been a nanny now for 5 years which I absolutely love doing.
Throughout my time as a nursery nurse and nanny I have completed a number of training courses which some include SEN training, Makaton, safeguarding, pediatric first aid, food hygiene etc...
I believe being a nanny is very rewarding as I get to see the children grow and learn lots of new things. I like to take the children to various playgroups including messy play, stay and play and music and movement. I also go for lots of walks, playgrounds, libraries, play dates, picnics and lots of other trips such as the zoo, aquarium etc... And of course I love indoor activities too, for the days we cannot make it out. some of these activities (age appropriate) include making our own playdough, painting, reading stories and baking.
I take them out in all weathers (obviously dressing appropriately for each season). One of my favourites(and of course the children's) is putting on some waterproofs and wellie boots and finding lots of puddles to splash around in.
My Experience
I use to work for London Borough of Barking & Dagenham and have over 10 years experience working in the nurseries and I have also been a nanny now for almost 5 years working in the Hackney area. I have worked with a range of different aged children, mainly 0-8yrs.
Before my childcare career started, I did childcare at school and college and did loads of work experience with various ages in nurseries and schools.

Level 1, 2 CACHE child care and development,
NVQ level 3 in child care and development.
