From our first interaction with Razia, she has made us feel at ease and built an instant rapport with my daughter who was 1 at the time. We built up the hours over a period of 7 months where Razia worked full time. She is still with us at the moment and regularly takes my daughter to the childrens centre. A credit to Razia for building my daughter’s confidence and for teaching her many things such as safely walking up and down the steps, using utensils correctly, learning words, nursery rhymes, numbers and colours. She engages in various activities and makes mealtimes fun.

Razia is extremely reliable, communication is clear and she is very attentive, particularly to specific requests/ instructions. She provides a daily detailed report of activities undertaken, key learnings and other points. As well as pictures and videos to keep us updated. This is really valuable as I can use this to reinforce my daughter’s learning on the days Razia is not with us.

The support that Razia has given has been incredible. She has bonded well with my daughter and this has been acknowledged by staff at the children’s centre. I would highly recommend her and thank her for all that she has done for our family. It was a huge step for me to hire a nanny but I am glad to have put my trust in Razia
