My Summary
About Me
From September 2025, I will provide 30 hours funding for all children from 9 months to 4 years old. I also provide "Tax Free" childcare.
Based 10 minutes walk from Cheadle Village, my setting offers lots of sensory and imaginative play in the safety of a spacious playroom. There are books galore and children will be encouraged to find their own books on our regular trips to the library. We also attend regular playgroups throughout the school term so the children gain experience of larger groups of children.
I have a large, enclosed garden, where children will be able to grow their own fruit and veg, dig for treasure, build sandcastles, go to forest school or hang out in the clubhouse.
I live with my partner and our 9 year old daughter who currently attends Gatley Primary School and who always loves having children around to play with. I also have two step-daughters, aged 18 and 13.
My Experience
I have been working as a childminder for 3 years and my recent OFSTED inspection was Good. I have lots of previous experience working as a teaching assistant in primary schools across all age groups.
My Qualifications
University degree in English Literature.
Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
Safeguarding training completed.
