My name Is Cherze and I am 19 years old.My family come from Zimbabwe Jamaica and Ireland.I have one brother and two sisters.I am the oldest sibling and that’s one of the reasons why I’m so passionate about working with children because I’ve always had to step up and be a role model to my siblings. I have worked in a nursery as a lunch cover and in primary school as a 1:1 support and TA so with my experience I am now feeling confident to take the next step in my career and try something new. My future plans is to hopefully have a nursery of my own or be a nanny in my own home.
