My Experience

I have several years of experience working with children in a variety of childcare settings, including breakfast clubs, after-school clubs, holiday clubs and private babysitting. My experience includes caring for children of different ages and supporting their individual needs, personalities and routines. In my childcare roles I’ve been responsible for supervising children, organising activities, supporting mealtimes, helping with personal care and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. I also have experience working with children who have additional needs, and I’m comfortable adapting activities and my approach to suit each individual child. I currently also run my own babysitting service, which has given me experience caring for children in their own homes and building relationships with families.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and have completed a range of additional childcare and safeguarding training. I am Designated Level 3 Safeguarding trained and Paediatric First Aid trained, alongside qualifications in Food Hygiene, Prevent and FGM safeguarding awareness. I am also DBS checked. I’m committed to keeping children safe and supporting their wellbeing, while continuing to develop my knowledge and skills within childcare.

My Availability

I currently work in breakfast and after-school clubs, so my availability is mainly during the daytime and evenings. I’m available for both regular and ad-hoc babysitting, depending on my work schedule, and I’m happy to discuss different days and times with families. I can also be flexible with bookings where possible, so please feel free to get in touch with the dates and times you’re looking for and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. ?
