About Me
Hello, everyone! My name is Emine. I am currently working as a Maths and Science Tutor in a secondary school. I have both in-person and online lessons teaching Maths, Science and English for KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4 students in one-to-one and group sessions. As well as helping some students who are preparing for GCSE to improve their Maths and Science skills, I can also help students to teach Science and English at KS1, KS2 and KS3 levels.
I originally graduated from my university as an oil and gas engineer, but eventually shifted my career towards teaching more than 12 years ago. I feel proud when a student achieves success and becomes more confident in their exams.
My Experience
I have been teaching Maths and Science for 14+ years and I am a Maths and Science tutor preparing GCSE students for their exams and class studies. I am also teaching all subjects in KS1, KS2, KS3 to primary and secondary school students who may have difficulties in particular topics or in their exam preparations. I worked in several tuition centres, schools and I am still a Private tutor teaching Maths, Science and English.
I have also been working with students who are preparing for 11+ and SATs exam since last 4 years.
In my lessons, I always use different teaching methods such as presentations, videos, worksheets, and also educational games. In our lessons, I always adapt our methods according to the academic performance and needs of the student.
My Qualifications
I have a Bachelor degree in oil and natural gas engineering and advanced knowledge of Maths and Science.
My Availability
I am available for both physical and online lessons at the weekend and on weekdays.

Emine has been helping my daughter ( year 2 ) in Maths on Saturdays .
My daughter love having lessons with Emine
She keeps her engaged and make the lessons fun and interested for her so she doesn’t get bored .
I can see the improvement in my daughter and she is doing so much better now compare to last year .
Emine shows her different methods and she looks forward to her maths lesson on Saturdays

Emine is a wonderful tutor. She has been tutoring my three children 3 times a week for 1 year. She got a special skill of motivating the children where they enjoy learning. They really respect her, where she can create a great teaching atmosphere even when all three of them are together. Results in school have been improved a lot and the teacher’s feedback is great!
