About Me

I am looking for a temporary part time live out nanny to start in January for the next six months as maternity cover.

There is some flexibility in the hours as we would require more hours during school holidays but the minimum I would be looking for is:

Monday - 12- 6pm
Wednesday - 12 - 6pm
Thursday - 8am - 6pm
Friday - 12 -6pm

We are based in West London near Hammersmith. I have three children - an 8 year old girl, a 5 year old boy and a 2 year old girl. The older two are at school so the days will involve looking after my youngest and then picking up the older two from school and cooking supper for them and supporting them with after school activities.

We are looking for a fluent English speaker who loves children and really enjoys spending time with them and helping them develop to fulfil their potential. Any candidate would need to be very organised and take care of and do age appropriate activities with my toddler, cook healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children and can perform nursery duties (washing childrens’ clothes and helping to keep their rooms tidy where appropriate). They would also need to be punctual and able to pick up the children from school and possibly drop them. Ideally we would prefer a candidate who is able to drive. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of the family and isn’t averse to mucking in where necessary. In return we hope that we create a pleasant and relaxed environment (as much as is possible with small children!) to work in.
