Looking For A Babysitter/Childcare

Thank you for being here.
As the headline suggests I'm looking for a babysitter/ an in-house help, on an ad-hoc basis. Ideally the hours for work would be 10-14:00 and a weekend day occasionally.
We are currently based in North Petherton area and our little one is 4.
For babysitting duties I'm looking for someone with experience and studies in early years development, who can demonstrate the passion and aptitude for this area of work. Extra brownie points if familiar with Montessori and Waldorf methods :)
For in-house help I'm looking at things like light cleaning and cooking.
It's extremely important for us to work with someone who has a positive, upbeat demeanour, who empathises with children and can easily "read the room".
We are a friendly and accommodating family and we treat the people we interact with in the same way we would like to be treated.

My Requirements
As a "stay-at-home" mom I would very much like some help during the day - a few hours - so I can sort out bits and bobs around the house or for work. Ideally between 10-14, Monday to Friday.
