Hi I’m Lauren :) I’m 24 years old and have worked with children for 8 years. I started out babysitting for friends, family and neighbours, looking after children from ages 2–12, which gave me a real passion for working with young people. I went on to become a Youth Worker, supporting children and young people aged 1–18 through activities, workshops and adventures.
I am now a Deputy Manager in an Ofsted-registered children’s home, where I support children and young people with their wellbeing, routines and personal development.
I hold a driving licence, a DBS and first aid training. Parents often describe me as friendly, reliable and energetic. My goal is always to make sure children feel safe, happy and cared for while also having fun.
