A loving home away from home

My daughter has been with Sutana for the past year, and I can honestly say it’s been the most nurturing, thoughtful start to childcare I could have hoped for.
From the very beginning, Sultana worked closely with me to take things at the gentle pace I felt was right for my child. She honoured that completely, never rushing the transition, always meeting us where we were. It made all the difference in building trust and helping my daughter feel secure.
Her home is truly a home away from home, warm, calm, and full of kindness. There’s a real sense of family in the setting, and I’ve always felt that my daughter was in incredibly safe, caring hands.
What stands out most is Sultana’s deep attunement to children. She has a natural understanding of what they need emotionally, and she uses such respectful, developmentally appropriate language with them. Boundaries are clear but always communicated with warmth and friendliness, which creates such a grounded, respectful atmosphere.
This was my daughter’s very first experience of care outside of me, and I’ll be forever grateful that it was here. Sultana created a space where she could thrive, and where I could feel at peace leaving her each day.
