About Me
Summer of 2025 I graduated from the University of St Andrews and began part-time work as a phlebotomist and healthcare specialist. I am in the process of moving to Edinburgh where I will be working as a surgical & healthcare assistant! I love spending my time outdoors, reading, and doing arts & crafts :). I am looking for regular childcare work or occasional babysitting :). I also love all animals if you have any pets - I have a little dog of my own who adores kids.
As a nanny / babysitter I love to take kids out to the park or playground, and am happy to take them on various random and fun day / afternoon trips! Previously I’ve taken little ones to castles, pumpkin picking, and more ! I also have a long term partner - of nearly 5 years - who is completing his dissertation at uni, should you need an extra hand for large groups of kiddos at events.
I have a childcare certification from a first aid and care course I took while in school.

My Experience
- Regular childcare in Scotland: Dundee & Fife areas mostly children ranging from 7 months to 12years between July 2025 and January 2026. Normally provided services 4 or more days a week out of clinic hours eg. Afternoon/evening and school pick-ups and morning drop-offs.
- Summer 2024, winter 2034-2025, and spring and summer of 2025 in the US - ages 5 months to 6 years. Nannied for the same family during this time regularly (2-5 days a week).
- Babysat on-and-off while studying abroad in Norway (2023) - ages 8months to 10yr
- Babysat on-and-off throughout high school (in United States) - ages 2yr to 10yr
Have experience with children with disabilities. Previously volunteered for an organisation helping disabled and disadvantaged children.
Well educated on chronic illnesses, allergies, and other potential medical conditions. Knowledge of CPR, adrenaline injections, seizure protocol, etcetera.
Experience babysitting siblings in a group, up to 3 kiddos at once.
My Qualifications
I have experience babysitting kids & pets. I am certified in a course which I learned basic childcare & CPR (for both children and newborns).
My Availability
Working in healthcare 4 days a week - rota is given 6 weeks in advance. Will be available evenings, a full workday (tbd), and most weekends!
